About Us

CST is a full-service utility contractor, providing a variety of infrastructure service solutions to utilities and municipalities. We specialize in:

Repairs/Maintenance

Please print and complete the repair form and include a copy with the return of your instrument. Please contact our repair department with any questions.

CST is a repair center for gas detection instruments. Our service center is staffed by trained technicians specializing in the repair and service of your product with over 45 years of experience. We service customers in the USA and Canada.


The repair facility is located at the main office in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Our technicians are trained on a number of different gas detection instruments. Other equipment can also be repaired, and will be determined by inspection.  Any repairs sent to us require a repair form, please click the link on the bottom of this page to download our Repair Form.  


Our technicians are available for phone consultations that can many times, fix your problems over the phone, and for technical support. Our services are open M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, call 724-810-6271. Repairs are completed upon customer approval.  We provide free repair quotes, but equipment inspection & return shipping fees will be applied to all declined repairs.

Calibrations

CST provides on-site/in shop calibrations

CST provides on-site instrument calibrations to keep your company in compliance with no downtime.

  • Fast turnaround times in shop
  • When applicable, all calibrations are certified NIST-traceable and a certified report is provided

Mobile Leak Survey Installs

CST installs factory mobile survey equipment & custom guards

CST technicians install any mobile survey equipment on any vehicle that you have, including UTV (side by side). We do custom mounts for any vehicle and also do custom guards to protect instrument. Ask us for a quote today.

NATURAL GAS LEAK DETECTION SURVEYING

The purpose of the survey is to inspect any portion of a gas system in accordance with federal, state, and customer guidelines and to ensure compliance, system operation, and public safety. Surveys conducted include:
